Colour, lashes and skin treatments start 48 hours earlier with a patch test. The consent form is signed on your phone once and kept on your card, so the next visit is just the treatment.

Can I move my appointment?
Sealed products return within 14 days; treatments can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours before without losing the deposit.
Do I need a patch test?
For colour, lashes and skin treatments, yes: 48 hours before, two minutes at the desk.
